Do-Rite Donuts & Chicken recently opened its newest location in Streeterville, with its usual menu of artisanal donuts and fried chicken sandwiches. Start your morning off with their popular Candied Maple-Bacon Cruller consisting of a light, egg texture covered in maple glaze and smoked bacon candied in maple syrup. At 11 a.m., swing by for the lunch menu, consisting of regular or spicy chicken brined in hot sauce, pickle juice and buttermilk, all served on a brioche bun with lettuce, pickles, and mayo.

Beverages include hot and iced coffee by local roaster Dark Matter Coffee, plus a full menu of espresso and cappuccino drinks such as the Mexican Chocolate Mocha with dark chocolate and cayenne pepper. An open kitchen allows customers to see every step of the action, from mixing the donut dough to forming to frying. Inside, a few counter seats are available, as well as outdoor tables and chairs on a two-level covered patio.
